State benefits

In addition to veterans benefits from the VA, each state offers various benefits to veterans. Check out what's available in your state.

For example, in Oklahoma veterans who are 60% or more disabled don't have to pay for hunting or fishing permits.

In Texas the state administers 3 different veteran's land programs.

In Kansas low income veterans can get free prescription drugs.
